Minimum Order
There is a $100 minimum per order. This can be any combination of our products. If you are located in a sales representative's territory, orders shall be made through that representative.

Payment Options
Your email invoice will be processed using PayPal, a secure online processing company. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the order. Any major credit card can be processed.

Shipping
Bébe Belay requires 5-7 business days to process your order. Shipping will be through USPS at a rate of 10% of the total order for the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations will be calculated on a per order basis.

Out-of-Stock
Some of our products are only available in limited quantities (see products page). These items will only be sold until they are gone.
Temporarily out of stock items may be back ordered, depending on quantity requested. In that case, they will be shipped at no extra charge when they become available.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they include a Return Authorization Number, which may be obtained by contacting Bébe Belay via phone or email at returns@bebebelay.com. Returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original order price (not including shipping), less the 20% restocking fee, will be refunded or credited for future purchases.

Product Warranty
The Bébe Belay holds a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Failures may be submitted to Bébe Belay, LLC headquarters with original purchase receipt and completed Bébe Belay, LLC Defect Return Form at the expense of the purchaser for testing and replacement. Products may also be returned to the store in which they were purchased in accordance with the retailer’s return policy. Wholesale credit for defective product will be given to the wholesaler or retailer in cases where the customer clearly states the defect by completion and submission of the Bébe Belay, LLC Defect Return Form to Bébe Belay, LLC P.O. Box 2564 Palestine, TX 75802 by the wholesaler or retailer.
