Once you are an established Retailer, you will receive a log on ID and password for the Online Wholesale Store. If you are located in a sales representative's territory, orders shall be made through that representative. Payment Options Your online wholesale order or email invoice will be processed using PayPal, a secure online processing company. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the order. Any major credit card can be processed. Shipping Bébe Belay requires 5-7 business days to process your order. Shipping will be through USPS at a rate of 8% of the total order for the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations will be calculated on a per order basis. Out-of-Stock Some of our products are only available in limited quantities (see products page). These items will only be sold until they are gone. Temporarily out of stock items may be back ordered, depending on quantity requested. In that case, they will be shipped at no extra charge when they become available. Returns & Exchanges Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they include a Return Authorization Number, which may be obtained by contacting Bébe Belay via phone or email at returns@bebebelay.com. Returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original order price (not including shipping), less the 20% restocking fee, will be refunded or credited for future purchases.
